We guarantee 99.9% monthly network uptime for every paid service. If we miss it, you receive a service credit.
1. Uptime guarantee
“Uptime” means our network and the server hosting your service are reachable from the internet. It is measured by our monitoring each calendar month, and live status is published on our Network Status page.
2. Service credits
| Monthly uptime | Credit (of that month’s fee for the affected service) |
|---|---|
| 99.9% or higher | No credit — guarantee met |
| 99.0% to 99.9% | 10% |
| 98.0% to 99.0% | 25% |
| Below 98.0% | 50% |
Credits are applied to your account balance for future invoices, are not paid out in cash, and cannot exceed 50% of the monthly fee for the affected service. They are your sole remedy for downtime.
3. Exclusions
Downtime does not count toward the guarantee when it is caused by:
- scheduled maintenance announced as described below;
- your own software, configuration, content or actions, or a suspension under our Terms of Use;
- denial-of-service attacks or other abuse aimed at your service;
- failures of third parties outside our network, such as your internet provider, DNS providers you choose, or domain registries;
- events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, utility failures beyond our backup power, or government action.
4. Maintenance
We announce scheduled maintenance at least 48 hours ahead by email and on the Network Status page, and schedule it during low-traffic hours where possible. Urgent security fixes may need shorter notice; we keep them as brief as we can.
5. GPU hashrate contracts
If the hashrate delivered to a contract, measured from accepted shares, falls more than 5% below the purchased hashrate over the contract period, we extend the contract at no charge until the shortfall is made up. Time lost because your chosen pool was unreachable is also added back. Mining earnings themselves are not guaranteed, as explained in our Terms of Use.
6. Claiming a credit
Open a support ticket within 30 days of the end of the affected month, naming the service and the approximate times of the outage. We confirm the claim against our monitoring and apply the credit within one billing cycle. Accounts with overdue invoices are not eligible for credits until they are paid.
