We collect only what we need to run your services and bill for them. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
1. What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, company, postal address and phone number you give us when you register or order.
- Billing records: invoices, payment status and the transaction reference from our payment processor. Card numbers are entered on the processor’s own pages and never reach or are stored on our servers.
- Service data: the domains, server settings and options you choose, and support tickets you send us.
- Technical logs: IP addresses, login times and server or network logs, used for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
- GPU hashrate contracts: the mining pool address, public wallet address and worker name you provide. We never ask for, and you must never send us, private keys or seed phrases.
2. How we use it
- To provide, maintain and support the services you order.
- To send invoices, service notices, security alerts and replies to your tickets.
- To detect and stop fraud, abuse and attacks on our network.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not send marketing email unless you opt in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
3. Who we share it with
- Payment processors (such as PayPal or Stripe) to take payments.
- Domain registries and registrars, when you register or transfer a domain, as their rules require.
- Service providers who help us operate (for example email delivery or datacenter services), only as needed and under confidentiality.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our users, network or rights.
Our public Network Status page shows service health and fleet totals only; it never shows customer information.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are needed for the sites to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to the client area, security tokens for forms, and an ebs_theme preference cookie that remembers whether you chose the classic or Hub theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Retention
We keep account and billing records while your account is open and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Service data (such as website files and server disks) is deleted after a service is terminated, as described in our Terms of Use. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted administrative access and monitored, backed-up infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
7. Your choices
You can view and update most account details in the client area. You may ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by opening a ticket or emailing us. Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
